1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Our Social Circle ("OSC," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oursocialcirclefl.com (the "Site"), including any content, products, digital downloads, and community events offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, purchasing a product, or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Our Social Circle is a family engagement community brand serving the Southshore/Tampa Bay area of Florida, offering original bilingual (English/Spanish) children's content, digital downloads, and in-person community events for families.

3. Eligibility

The Site and our products are intended for use by adults (18 years or older) on behalf of themselves and their families. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

- All digital products (storybooks, coloring books, activity books, affirmation cards, calendars, bundles, and similar downloadable content) are licensed for personal, non-commercial, single-household use only upon purchase.
- Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, publicly shared, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Due to the nature of digital goods, **all sales of digital downloads are final**. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible, except where required by law or at our sole discretion for a demonstrated technical defect.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any digital product at any time.

5. Events and Ticketed Experiences

- OSC hosts community events (such as playdates, family meetups, and adult-focused gatherings) in the Southshore/Tampa Bay area. Event details, pricing, and venue information will be provided at the time of registration.
- Tickets and RSVPs are non-transferable unless otherwise stated, and are non-refundable except as outlined in the specific event's cancellation policy communicated at time of purchase.
- OSC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event due to low registration, weather, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified and, where applicable, offered a refund or credit toward a future event.
- Attendance at in-person events is at your own risk. OSC is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in an event except to the extent caused by our gross negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the OSC name and logo, Bedtime Circle characters and storylines, illustrations, written content, videos, and branding — is the property of Our Social Circle and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

Our Social Circle claims common law rights in its name, logo, and brand assets used in commerce, whether or not a formal trademark registration has been filed.

7. User Conduct

When using the Site or attending OSC events, you agree not to:

- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of OSC or others
- Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or unauthorized advertising
- Harass, threaten, or endanger other community members, especially children
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with OSC

We reserve the right to remove any user, comment, or content that violates these standards from our Site, social channels, or events.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit photos, testimonials, comments, or other content to Our Social Circle, LLC (including at events or via social media), you grant Our Social Circle, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. Please do not submit content involving other people's children without their guardian's consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including social media platforms, payment processors, and affiliate partners) that are not owned or controlled by Our Social Circle, LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and events are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OSC does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Social Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of products, or attendance at events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to OSC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Social Circle, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or our products.
