1. Digital Products
Most items available through Our Social Circle — including storybooks, coloring books, activity books, affirmation cards, bedtime routine calendars, and bundle packs — are digital downloads. These products are not shipped and involve no physical delivery.
Digital products are delivered instantly (or within minutes) after purchase via email and/or a download link on your order confirmation page.
No shipping fees apply to digital products.
If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at oursocialcircle.fl@gmail.com.
2. Physical Products (Family Finds Apparel & Merchandise)
Select physical items, such as apparel and merchandise in our Family Finds collection, are fulfilled through a third-party dropship supplier.
Processing Time
Physical orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches).
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–21 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location and the carrier used. International shipping, if offered, may take longer.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via standard carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) as selected by our fulfillment partner. A specific carrier cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Any current shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping over a certain order amount) will be noted at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your physical order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
3. Combined Orders
If your order includes both digital and physical products, your digital items will be delivered immediately upon purchase, while physical items will ship separately according to the timelines above.
4. Shipping Delays
Our Social Circle, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs (for international orders), weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate any known delays affecting your order.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Our Social Circle, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at oursocialcircle.fl@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your physical order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated shipping window, please contact us at oursocialcircle.fl@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a resolution through our fulfillment partner.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Our Social Circle only ships physical products within the United States.
