Workshop & Class Refund Policy
At Our Social Circle, workshops and classes are intentionally designed with limited capacity and advance preparation. Please review this policy carefully before registering.
No Refund Policy (General)

All workshops and classes are non-refundable.

This includes:

Single-session workshops
-
Drop-in classes
-
Special events
-
Virtual or in-person sessions

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
Multi-Week Programs — Limited Refund Exception

Participants enrolled in multi-week programs may request a refund after the first class only if the program is not a good fit.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after completion of the first class.

If approved:

The refund will apply to remaining unused sessions only.
-
The cost of the first class is non-refundable.

After the first class and refund window:
-
No refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions.
Transfers & Credits (With Advance Notice)

Participants who notify us in advance that they will miss a class may receive:

A one-time transfer to a future workshop or class of equal value (subject to availability), or
-
A store credit to be used toward a future Our Social Circle workshop or eligible program.

Notification must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or workshop start time.
No-Shows / No Call / No Email

No transfers, credits, or refunds will be issued for:

No-shows

Failure to notify us in advance

Missed classes without communication
-
Missed Sessions in Multi-Week Programs

Credits or transfers apply only to the specific missed session.

Missed sessions do not pause, extend, or prorate the program.
Cancellations by Our Social Circle

If a workshop or class is canceled by Our Social Circle, participants will receive:

A full credit toward a future workshop or class, or
-
The option to transfer to a rescheduled session.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
